The Outlander plug-in is in a stable phase and we have generally found that we have not had to provide a high degree of direct retail support. For these reasons, we offer Outlander as a standalone application with limited sales support and technical support supplied. It is sold "as is" and there is no technical support available for the trial or full versions of the Outlander plug-in. For any sales or support questions please, review the FAQ and user guide documents below.
We recommend downloading the free trial to test the plug-in's compatibility with your system and software. If the trial versions functions to your satisfaction, you may purchase the full version which will function the same as your trial version. If, however, the trial version does not work for you, you may check the FAQ document, user guide document, or user community for a solution, but if you are unable to resolve your issue, we do not recommend purchasing the full version. As stated eariler, there is no technical support available for the trial or full versions of the Outlander plug-in.
