Outlander integrates directly into Outlook and becomes a synchronization channel between Outlook and your SugarCRM system.

Contact Sync – Add new contacts from Outlook into SugarCRM. Mark contacts in SugarCRM to be copied to your Outlook address book. Task Sync – Keep up to date on all tasks assigned to you or upload reminders from Outlook that can be shared with others. Calendar Sync – Always stay in touch with your Leads and Opportunities by syncing your scheduled meetings and calls to Outlook.

Outlander prevents you from ever losing a conversation or an important document contract – Outlander allows you to save Outlook message items and attachments in your server-side SugarCRM system.

Search – Search SugarCRM directly from Outlook. With Outlander, search is built-in. Search for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, projects, project tasks, cases, and bugs. Edit – Use Outlander's email body editor to optionally modify the email to include only the information that is most relevant before archiving the message to SugarCRM. Attach – Include only the attachments you need, or all of them, using the attachment tab. Associate – Select and associate your email message to one or more items from the list. Outlander allows use to easily link the email message to multiple SugarCRM items.
